Policies and Rates

1. Each request will be billed a 2 hour minimum.
2. Billing will be rounded to the next 30 minutes after the first two hours
3. Any job more than an hour and half may require a team of interpreters

1. If appointment, including wait time goes beyond 2 hours, additional fee of $50 per 30 minute interval will be charged

1. This automatically includes a team of two interpreters, and includes all prep time
2. Rehearsal schedules and scripts, including sheet music and recordings for musicals will be must be provided by Director at the earliest possible date at no cost to the interpreters

Additional Policies

1. Prompt payment is expected. All monies due will be officially due upon receipt of invoice
2. Payments received after 30 days from the date of invoice will automatically be assessed a $25 fee added to the next invoice marked as such
3. After a job is REQUESTED, it will be billed in full
4. If a job is canceled more than 48 hours prior to the start time, there will be no charge
5. If a job is canceled less than 48 hours prior to the start time, you will be charged
6. If a job last longer than the requested time, the interpreter has the right to leave
7. All extensions must be requested by TEXT or voicemail. 443-838-0244
